ADVANCED QUERIES: 

Query multiple tables. Create Parameter Queries that do the work of many different queries. Perform multiple sorts using more than one criteria. Create Action Queries that Append (add), Delete, Update records.

RELATIONSHIPS: 

Create, edit, and delete relationships (links between different tables.) Learn about one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many relationships. 

MACROS: 

Create macros that automate basic actions such as running queries and reports, finding data, etc. 

FORMS: 

Create forms with sub-forms. Add buttons to forms to run macros. 

EXPRESSIONS: 

Use expressions to perform calculations in queries, forms, and reports. Add, subtract, multiply, and divide numeric data. 

SWITCHBOARD (MAIN MENU): 

Create a Switchboard (or main menu) with buttons to organize your tables, macros, queries and forms into one central place. 

SHARE DATA WITH WORD: 

Merge names and addresses from an Access database into a Word form letter. 

PREREQUISITES: Introduction to Access or comparable experience. Course handout covers versions 2007-2010. Students will use version 2007 in class.
